Has anyone done Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
30 day shred is the most intense short workout I have found on a DVD. I sweat much more in that 25 minutes than with an hour of the Firm, which is pretty hard. YOu can get good results with 30 day shred as your main form of exercise.

Very disappointed in the scale. Exercised every day and had at least 500 calorie deficit daily.
