I am over fourty and have been happily married for 27 years. I have two grown children and two teenagers left at home. I have dieted on an off for the last few years with minor success. I am going to go back to the atkins plan because that is where I have had my most success. wish me luck!

looking for buddies on the atkin plan
I am 47 the mother of 5 and happily maried for 27 years. I have three grown children and two teenage boys still at home. My house is the place where all the kids land for the weekend. I end up cooking batches of cookies and homemade pizza Very Happy. I also have 4 grandsons and one granddaughter. In the past I have lost weight on the atkins diet and am attempting it again. Wink

Adding texture
I place pepperoni's on a plate covered with paper towels and cover the pepperoni's with paper towel to prevent splattering and cook in the microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. This gives me the crunch that I miss from potato ships. this has virtually no carbs, however if you are watching your cholesterol I would limit the amount.
