I can't figure out what is going on with my body right now! It's kind of scaring me a little bit but I;m sure it will be fine.
I woke up starving...like stomach growling...12 on the hungry scale starving.
Every day I get up around 6am to get the kids to school. I would work from home, do my errands and never eat before 1:30pm. I was never hungry..I would grab a Coke can and do my thing.
This is the 3d day in a row that I have eaten breakfast...now I can't finish the breakfast. I'm comfortably full. I only ate 1/2 the Greek yogurt, 1/2 the Oat waffle and an apple.
One great thing....I drank NO SODA at all yesterday! I drank 1 whole Gallon of water....with a drizzle of lemonade mix for color and some flavor.

It's 11 am...No Coke Cola so far! WooHoo.....14 oz of water...with a drop of lemonade mix for a little color and flavor. I hate water!

it 9pm...my head was pounding so much from cutting my coke down that I had 4 oz of orange fanta to help it. I drank 24 oz of water mixed with a few drops of lemonade mix for flavor and color. I decided not to use a dinner plate, I am using a 6 inch lunch plate.

I had a pitty party this morning and hit rock bottom. I got a pic from Lisa and I didn't realize it was me. I ate me! I thought that's not me...someone is blocking me! It was me. 100 pounds over weight and full of grey hair. I picked up hair color and am journalling everything I eat from now on. I have to get my coke down to one can a day again! I am very unhealthy....borderline to diabetes and very unhappy with me.
I can't figure out how I got this big...but I need to focus on changing it.
