intermittent fasting
I don't know why you can't use shakeology (never tried it) but have used many shake products. I have no problem with lactose. I make a green smoothie with most things in the fridge. Baby spinach and kale, cucumber, carrot, zucchini, lemon, mint, bell peppers, chia, flax, etc. I usually add Greek yogurt or a protein powder. I like mine sweet. If you can't use yogurt or powder try peanut butter or just nuts seeds for protein. You can add flavors with Crystal Lite and sugar free Torani flavors. This is breakfast most mornings before going to the gym. Hope this helps.
