I am a married 48 year old with four boys ranging from ages 10-20. I had realized for my own health I had to start on eating better and get moving and the results have been a weight loss of 50 pounds and healthier living for my family. It was a year long journey that I orginially hoped to complete in 8 months but good habits have been formed and I am grateful that I am a bit lighter on my feet now!
