Well it was another horrible weekend for food and I feel more guilty and ashamed then I ever have. I ate over %150 of my RDI on Saturday and beer all weekend. I have two months as of tomorrow before my wedding and I want to drop another 10-15lbs by then.

So, it's been a few weeks and not much has changed in my weight. I haven't been eating the best, that's forsure. I seem to eat around 1200 cals during the day (keeping fat around 40g, carbs under 100 and protien above 100) but then I wait too long to eat at night and I get so hungry that I would eat anything. I am also finding it hard to obstain from beer. I am not having an issue staying away from wine, which I think is because beer tastes so very good after a long day working and/or working out.
I need some tips on what I can do to stop "binge" eating at night.

Okay, so I have spent enough time keeping track of everything I eat in a hand written journal and I want to combine my activity journal with my food log.
Been big my whole and have finally made some serious steps in the last 6 months to change that, again. I lost 80lbs back in 2001 but with the help of Ephedrine. This time I am doing it all natural.
I started at 287 lbs in August and want to get down to 200. I am at 256 right now. I am an aspiring chef so cutting things totally out of my diet is not an option. Moderation is not my strong point so that's where I need to work the hardest.
I am doing bootcamp workouts (high intensity intervals) three times a week and trying to run twice a week. Taking weekends off or leaving them for biking and hiking.
