Started WW September 2008 and reached my goal weight (130 lbs.) in July 2009 and have been a lifetime member ever since! I still attend my meetings every week and weigh in as maintainence is just as hard as losing. Need to stay motivated as easy to nibble abit here and a bit there and end up back where you started. I try to stay under my goal weight by about 5lbs so there is a buffer and make it that I never have to pay WW any more money. I invested in my health once with weekly dues now i'm getting the return on my investment! WW gave me the knowledge and tools but it's my job to focus on a healthy lifestyle. Never want to go back to buying bigger sizes, feeling crappy and health issues.
