Thigh problem
was just saying this same thing about my thighs today! glad i am not the only one going through this. my legs are like monsters they are so thick with muscle. i run and do the elliptical and that seems to be the only difference i see, thickness. LOL i am not unhappy that they are big, i just want them more defined like those who run track or dancers. i mean their thighs look AMAZING and strong and you can see the muscles when they move. if my thighs looked like THAT, i would be ok.

Bad gym buddies...
i'm right there with ya'll. i'm tired, it's too hard, why? are usually the complaints. it would be great to be in competition with a buddy next to me. hey sometimes we have to encourage and do it ourselves.

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
i work in the promotional merchandising/marketing industry so we have alot of products on hand in our office in an attic. well, i had been up and down a few times but on a particular day, i saw what the weight limit was for the stairs and it's 250. i was well over that and i thought oh no, if this falls, it will be because of me because everyone i work with is WELL BELOW 250. i don't want to be embarrassed breaking the stairs and looked at as the 'fat chick'.
