How Much Water Do You Drink?
HiSmile I drink at least 3-4 litres of water a day. I find that squeezing fresh lemon juice into my water helps with the cravings for something to eat as it actually gives the water flavour. I have also found that by filling a glass up instead of drinking out of a water bottle encourages me to drink more. I work as a receptionist so dont really move as much as I probably should but since drinking more water and sticking to my restricted calorie intake diet I have lost a substantial amount of weight and am feeling fitter and healthier already Smile Good luck on your journey
