Atkins Bars and Shakes on Induction
i have been having 1-2 bars a day and been losing no problem
there seems to be mixed opinions. some people say yes, others say no.

i think if your atkins products are listed all phases you're safe, as long as you don't exceed 2 a day.

unsweetened almond milk is okay in moderation, the book says 1 cup is 1.0 net carbs

truvia is also listed as okay in the book but 1 packet is 1 net carb and you're not to consume more than 3

Ketosis and Ketone Strips on Atkins
I am on my third day of Atkins and have been following the diet strictly. I bought ketone strips today and took my first reading and I came up negative. I have lost a pound a day so far but am worried I am not in ketosis. Am I doing something wrong? I am staying at 20 net carbs daily and am drinking plenty of water.

I have been using them along with atkins to help curb sugar cravings and to help with my fiber intake and i find they work really well! i take the capsules because i worry the powder taste funny and I am very pleased with the result. I only take 2 with one meal a day but i think i am going to up it to two meals a day. i find them really helpful for appetite suppression as well. i haven't had an side effects.. I'm not sure if they're helping my weight loss because i am following atkins but i like them as a support method for my diet and to help me make a lifestyle change

Sugar free jello and sugar free pudding are great little snacks. I also recently discovered a low carb grocery that carries tons of sugar free treats ranging from 0-2net carbs
