I am a single mother of two beautiful respectful children. I am a Cardiovascular Surgical Technician. I have been doing this for 27 years. I wanted to have the lap band put on to assist me in controling my weight. Unfortunately, my insurance wants me to bend over forward to have the surgical procedure done. I weighed myself one evening playing around with my children and was embarassed by my weight. I got on my G1 phone and found this program. I did a lil research on caloric intake and whole BMI and body fat% thing. I came up with a 1200 calorie diet for myself. This gave me a massive headache. I then increased my caloric intake to 1500 to 1600 with daily walks with the dog. Within 11 days 1 was done 21lbs. I know this may be mostly water weight I still believe I am on the road to success and I am learing what and what not to eat.
