Divorce . . . it helps you lose weight. I am single again after a 5 year marriage. I have a lot of time to focus on myself and it is nice to do what I want. I have not been following any specific diet as of late just trying to make smart choices. I love food and I love to eat so I use excercise to help me lose weight. I prefer to work out more to eat some of the so called forbidden foods. I have figured out that when I make certain foods off limits that's all I want to eat! My current diet is a combination of French Womend Don't Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano and vegetarian eating. So far it's working and I feel great.

Thanks for all the great advice! The race went well. I was happy with my time but I really could have done with out the rain!

Rest after 1/2 marathon?!
I am going to run my first ever 1/2 marathon on Sunday. I would like to run another 1/2 marathon in June. My question is how much time should I take off before I start running again? Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks!
