I am wanting to lose the weight not because I am not happy with the way I look now but, because I am looking to start a family soon with my husband soon and, I don't wish to ever be bigger than this. I also would enjoy being able to workout when I do get pregnant to help me bounce back from being pregnant so, I need to get my body use to it now.

lemon water in the morning anyone?
Lemon water also help reduce water retention. This is what L.A. Weight Loss told me to do one of two things or you could do both.

1. Before each meat (three time a day) 30 minute before meal drink one cup of warm to hot water with half a lemon. And only do this two days straight in a week.

2. Drink lemon with water cold 16 oz. to one 1/4 cup roughly a small lemon once a day.

It really does help.

But don't give up eating this is something you do with a health balanced diet.
