Hi, I am 29yrs and this is my third attempt to lose weight, i have lost weight about 2 years ago by following a low carb, high protein diet in conjuction with tabs and injection, but started to pile it on and more as soon as i stopped. Last year i had test done and it was discovered that i am glucose intolerant, have an hormone imbalance and have PCOS. From the beginnig of this year i have been trying to loose weight on my own, i would loose about 2-4kgs and then just start putting it on again. By end Aug 2008 i could barely fit into most of my clothes,I am pretty short so i look even more round and out of shape. I got so tired about this and so i consulted a diet specialist who deals with people who have the same med probs, had some more blood tests done and now i am ffg a diet that has been drawn up accordingly, this time i am determined and so far so goos
