Week 1 of intermittent fasting for 20 hours stints, cutting dairy and bread. Also finally got back to Zumba. Can I get a hallelujah?!? Hahaha, I’m chuffed.

I first joined FatSecret in 2017 when I was preparing for my wedding. At that point, I was 96kgs, and the app (and gym) helped me lose almost 30kgs in a few months. I was 68kgs for my wedding. It was fantastic to feel so healthy for the big day. I managed to maintain for a few months after the wedding, but quickly fell off the wagon.
Now I’m at 80kgs and realized over Christmas that I need to get back on the horse. I’m aiming for 70kgs - a healthy BMI and better lifestyle that’s sustainable.
Looking forward to sharing my journey and supporting everyone here!
