This week i'm planning on getting more exercise in, I slacked off this week erggg, i did OK on Atkins except a quarter muffin because i was camping with a group and didn't think to bring something, i was starving! Lesson learned! So I will be better prepared next time,
I also been having a little guilt feeling when i stray off the induction, anyone else feel this? some suggestions would be great!

Yesterday i went to the gym ran 2.5 miles, bicycle for 30 minutes, 9 miles, the day before 20 miles in the am. I really like riding the bike. we have a great trail called the discovery trail. Busy Busy busy!

I was having a real hard time this week. I had a function I went to that had chocolate chip cookies that really looked good for a couple of hours sitting on the bakery table calling my name. But i prevailed! I really havent had a craving for sugar but I do love chunky chocolate chip cookies. So what kept me hanging on is if i dont see a budge on the scale then I'm not sure what Im gonna do! and lucky me i lost a pound!
Im really glad i stuck to it this week. it was very hard for some reason. woo hooo for me!
