3 yearas ago i was a size 22W, hated shopping for clothes, led a very unhealthy lifestyle and was a poor example for my daughter so together we embarked on a journey that has been life changing. we began eating better & joined a kickboxing class where for the first few months, i couldn't even do a single sit-up nevermind the kicking and punching - the warm-up was workout enough for me! today i can do the warm-up as well as keep up with the class and have lost 50 pounds so far - i will never go back to where i started - but my weight loss has stalled and would like to lose the remaining 25 pounds which would bring me to my goal weight of 150 pounds...
