a fresh start - i've had some great progress, tried a few other sites (paid) to chart my food intake and they were not any better than this one - we have the diary, challenges and exercise suggestions all here.

sick a few days this week - missed 2 days of workouts. sat aroung taking cold meds and sleeping for 2 days....just got my new ft60 - looking forward to tracking my efforts more closely.

working out harder, need to remember to make smart food choices, shopping for a good heart monitor that will count calories burned and track workouts - would like to lose 5 lbs by 3/31...
