Frustration
Confused I was actually eating "healthy" too but I wasnt loosing so I investigated. My carbs were high. Once I got rid of the HIGH dose of carrots, apples, bananas, blueberries and oatmeal, the pounds started dropping. They are healthy but that does not mean I can eat all of them I want. The sugar content in them effected my cravings too.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself on Tuesday morning once i arrive to work as I do not have a scale at home. And I do it because I thought it was a requirement.
