I've decided on my weight loss goals:
Beginning Weight: 261.6 lbs
Goal #1 - 230 lbs (haven't seen in 4 years)
Goal #2 - 211 lbs (50 pounds gone!)
Goal #3 - 175 lbs (eligible for disability insurance)
Goal #4 - 150 lbs (my ultimate goal)

I argued with myself this morning over if I should work out. My work out buddy got called into work early and I was VERY tired. I almost went back to bed... that's where the arguing came into play. I pushed the lazy arguement aside and got my butt there. Very glad I went in. I am still tired, but I'm so proud of myself. I put in 30 minutes of cardio and worked on my upper arm muscles and abs.
Would love a whoosh moment tomorrow...

Love that song! Has so many meanings for me. I jammed to it today while working out! :)

Yesterday I tried crunches using an exercise ball. I couldn't do very many because I'm so out of shape. I didn't realize how much the exercise worked until I tried to set my alarm clock last night. My abdomen muscles were very sore. This morning, those muscles are still screaming. Wow!
I do realize that because I'm exercising my muscles are going to start growing... a good thing. However, that means that I'll either get a stall or weight gain during that time. Not looking forward to that. So, how long after starting a workout does this happen? Hmmmmm... that is a good question.
I'm taking the day off from exercise today. I was going to go in but my lack of sleep persuaded me otherwise. Very excited about the superbowl. May get some exercise in as I cheer for my team... lol.
BTW - GO PACK GO!
