I argued with myself this morning over if I should work out. My work out buddy got called into work early and I was VERY tired. I almost went back to bed... that's where the arguing came into play. I pushed the lazy arguement aside and got my butt there. Very glad I went in. I am still tired, but I'm so proud of myself. I put in 30 minutes of cardio and worked on my upper arm muscles and abs. Would love a whoosh moment tomorrow... Dive (An awesome song to listen to)Love that song! Has so many meanings for me. I jammed to it today while working out! :)
