Veggies For Breakfast
That sounds wonderful. I have gotten away from lettuce and use a lot of spinach. When I do use lettuce I use a green leaf lettuce and have gotten completely away from iceburg lettuce. I'm trying to pack as much nutrition as I can into what I eat.

You shouldn't be eating just meat. I keep deviled eggs in the fridge for snacks. I add crispy fried bacon to the yolk mixture instead of the relish that so many people use. But you should be eating a lot of green veggies too. I am lucky because I love, broccoli, spinach, asparagus and cabbage. You can also eat fish. Try grilled salmon, I coat one side with chili powder and a little season salt and garlic salt, it is sooo good. Talapia broiled with a healthy coat of garlic butter is also very good.

does anyone know if there is a "fatsecret" android app? I would like to access this site when I am not home. Breaking out a laptop is just to cumbersome.
