South Beach Diet, Please Help!!
I am on the south beach phase 1 & a couple of people I know are on Atkins I am being told so much different info my brain is on overload right now. It is okay to have vegetables on SB diet right? Atkins you can't I guess & I want to do this right! Please help!!
