Welcome to the group! I don't know what plan you have selected for yourself, but I highly recommend Weight Watchers or the "New WW" you should be able to have a few beers, but also they have a "freestyle" plan where certain foods don't have to be counted, including chicken breast, eggs, beans, yogurt, and all the fruits and veggies you can eat. Fast food doesn't seem to work on any diet, so regardless of which plan you choose you will most likely need to do some cooking at home. Best of luck to you! I hope your weight loss journey is a fun one!
