I could use some help
Ye I agree- you need to eat all your points!! I have been on WW for 9 weeks, and I gained two of those weeks. Those were the weeks that I didn't eat all of my points!! I find that when I eat all of my daily points along with the 35 extras (give or take!) that I lose MORE. And of course, make sure you are tallying up your activity points, drinking WATER like a crazy person, and not too many salty foods that will make you retain water!! Smile Good luck!!
