Black Bean Brownies

Delicious black bean brownies low in fat, sugars and carbs.



  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour in greased 8 x 8" pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
  4. Enjoy!

Not bad. I used a bit less Splenda (about 3/4 cup) and sweetness seemed alright. It just has a bit much calories and cholesterol for such a small serving. Still, nice and chocolately!

The after taste was terrible. Looked good wish could find something else to substitue.

Great recipe...Rocco Disparno has it in his Now Eat This Book. Great mix of recipes for people changing eating habits! His brownies though are 45 calories per brownie!!!

Was okay... Can't get past the splenda taste like Janet52 - you're right, you aren't alone. :) Good quick fix for a small sweet tooth...

this sounds really interesting but I have to find a diff type of sugar I can't get past the after taste of sugar subs. I know I'm not alone
