After much discussion with my fellow weight loss members it was pointed out to me that a Ketone diet was not what I was doing, so after much research I am now following a Ketone diet which is high in fat, very low in carbohydrates and moderate in protein.
Weigh-in:
256.4 lb
lost so far:
36.8 lb
still to go:
76.4 lb

Thanks to everyone that responded, upon further research Ketone diet was the wrong diet to quote so I'm doing something different and it's working for me. I'm not starving, I'm working out three times a week and also everything that I log on my diet is everything that I eat I don't hold anything back. I'm managing just fine on 800 calories or less a day and I don't intend to do this the rest of my life I just want to lose a lot of weight quick and then I'm going to go in to maintain mode

don't ever go to Red Lobster the day before you weigh in it caused me to gain approximately 3 lb a mistake I will never make again
