I've checked my blood glucose several times today and it's been high for me, I checked my ketones this afternoon - expecting it to be 0.1 at the best due to the glucose level - and to my surprise it was 0.5.

1 worry today is that my blood glucose was high (for me) at 125/7/57. Hopefully it's from Tuesday's ice cream.

In the day I had 10 eggs, 8 or less tablespoons of butter, and 3 oz cheese. I drank water all day but had a coffee with milk before bed to help me to sleep. I did spend most of the day sleeping though after going out on Tuesday.

Sigh! I knew it would be bad - that's why I have to avoid carbs.
I will, of course, be modifying the egg fast diet. The eating just after getting up and every 3-5 hours just sounds like the old 'you must eat often to lose weight'. I haven't eaten like that for quite a while and I'm not sure that I could, so just to muck everything up I'll still be doing 16:8 and eating in an 8 hour period. I just don't move enough to eat all the time, so this is the crip version lol

Yep ate stuff I shouldn't. Never mind - it was good ice cream - if ever you get to Bexhill-on-Sea Di Paulo0 ice cream is real Italian Gelati they've been making it round here since the 1920s first in Hastings - Di Marco (still there) - the grandfather - and now Di Paulo - good food too. Take cash though as they don't accept plastic.
The egg diet starts tomorrow morning. I have great hopes - I've been recommended to do 3 days for definite and then the other 2 days if I can still face eating eggs. With cheese and butter, hopefully they should be okay.
