I'm a stay at home mom to a one year old baby boy. I'm trying to lose the baby weight, so I can feel healthier and feel good about how I look for my wedding in September. I'm still pretty young (23) and I would like to be able to dress my age instead of trying to find clothes to hide my changed figure. I don't think I will ever wear a bikini to the beach again, but I want a body that I can feel more comfortable in. I also want to get in the habit of living a healthy life ,so I can set a positive example for my son when he gets older.
I'm looking for some support and motivation. My fiance tries but he isn't very helpful. I've done weight watchers before and saw positive results. This time around though it feels a little harder. Being at home with the baby makes it harder to get out and exercise and everything takes a lot more planning. I've also fallen into the habit of picking at my son's food which is not good! I'm looking for other people in similar situations with similar goals to exchange some motivation with because I am struggling to do this on my own.
