Off for the week.....cleaning house & no take out. Fridge is stocked with good food. Luckily I like veggies and beans and kale and nuts. The goal this week is to make friends with tofu. I still haven't gotten not he scale......I'm going to wait till Feb.......maybe March. Feb will be for exercise. I do feel less tired, but I was never a high energy person; more of a tortoise than a hare. Keeping veg has not been hard. I've been putting a-1 on the big portabella mushroom; surprisingly tasty.

Back on the diet/ lifestyle change again...... This time I think I'll watch the diet, get comfortable with the foods for about a month. I'll weigh in in about a month. This way I'll be less inclined to reward myself with take out which was always my downfall. Although pants that were tight in the beginning of Dec are getting loose...... I like that progress.

We had a block party at work yesterday......
I ahd pulled pork on a hot dog bun; a cheeseburger with tomato; baked beans; cheesy potatoes; bean and corn salad; a rice krispie treat and a s'more brownie.
Skipped dinner and used the stairs. I'll see how that binge affected me on Sunday am.

I'm back trying to loose weight.
Trying to take the stairs; walking around work. But my feet & legs hurt. Kind of binged, but I think I made healthy choices. Egg white omlette w/ spinach & feta. An asian salad for lunch with a greek yogurt. Coffe later with an apple. I'm not going to get on the scale til teh end of the month. I'm tired of seein all those 2's. :(

Surprised; it was the first day back after traveling & I was a total slug yesterday although I did do 4 flights of stairs twice. Today is cleaning & laundry. I'm also not really hungry. A cup of coffee (14oz) still has me full. Did do 30 min on the treadmill and will do 30 min of yoga before bed. I still can't go for an hour sustained, but the 30 min are not as tiring. And I have been downstairs once already today & back up ( 4 flights) and will go down again later.
