Today I hopped on the scale. 214 exactly. The number isn't great from October, but I know I was much heavier in January. My extra larges clothes are feeling a bit more roomy and I have gone down a size in scrubs at work. Even the older scrubs with shrinkage are comfortable. People at work have noticed as well. So I guess I am making slow but steady progress. I just read Eat To Live, and it is pretty much what I am eating; veggies and fruit and beans. Still am eating eggs and Greek yogurt because I like them. I am starting to take the steps; still out of breath by the 2nd flight. But I am feeling less tired. I guess I'll weigh in another month......
