not a good day to start the challange- my jump drive is corrupted. I celebrated with 2 bags of chips.
i did take the stairs- down 5 from home; down 1 from the parking garage; up 2 for work; down 3 for lunch; down 3 for errand; up 3 from errand; down 3 from work; up 1 for garage; up 5 for home. Not too bad of an ending.

I feel really happy.
The bump last week was from ordering hot wings. The next morning, I felt really, really bad; a hangover. I like seeing the results on the scale. It is very motivating. I also have restricted gluten. The only "flour" has been a bag of 100 cal pretzels on Sunday with a Jif to Go. I think that is a reasonable treat/ meal no more than twice a week. I have also been restricting my salt intake since the weather here in the Northeast is becoming hazy, hot & humid.
I still need to start exercising though......
