It is time to update my bio again! I have been within my WW range for a year now! Hard to believe. However, I never pushed myself to lose that last 12 pounds and reach my personal as of January first I've been back at it. I went up a bit with the holidays and got back up to 158. Now I'm on track and on a mission to get to 139 by my birthday, April 16th.

I have been following P90X for muscle tone and training for a half marathon on March 21st. I achieved my goal of getting certified to teach at my healthclub and have been a proud instructor of Les Mills BodyCombat for 10 months now! I have been leading a WW meeting as well since June of 2009 and am shooting for my final goal and learning to comfortably maintain it. Good luck to everyone! Stick with it....weightloss takes some will power but it is mostly WANT POWER!! I love the saying..."Winners never quit and quitters never win!"

Hi all! I was MIA last week as I was in the woods in Minnesota. Sadly... I gained five pounds. I felt totally out of control and ate everything in sight for 10 days. Oh well, I'm home now and back on track. Hope everyone is having a great week!

Well, I had a pretty good week. I had a surprising weight loss of 4.4 but I was really only "good" 3.5 out of 7 days. The last few days I tortured myself so I'm gonna try and be more consistent and be happy with two pounds a week. I hit 25 with WW this week so I'm motivated to keep on keepin on.

As far as weight loss surgery, I thought about lapband.. but didn't quite qualify. I do however plan to get a tummy tuck and possibly a breast lift after I hit goal. My plan is to make myself wait at least 6 mos after goal so I learn how to maintain...this is all if I can get past the fear of not waking up after surgery! Have a great week all!

Well, I finally hit my 10% with ww and got my keychain. Funny how a little piece of metal can make you so proud. I started with ww before fs so I'm down 21 pounds since March. I struggled with the holiday and drank water constantly to make up for overeatingBad Grin Congrats to all on this weeks losses! I'm looking forward to the situps as I usually leave my classes before that I will force myself to stay.

Yea! I'm down 2.8 this week. I was worried since I gave into my ice cream craving twice this week. Good luck to all with the upcoming holiday barbeques...I need a sign that says BEWARE OF BRATS AND BROWNIES!
