Not much to really say. Had a baby this year, always been overweight except when I was a kid. I want to lose the weight because I don't want to end up diabetic. I have it on both sides and I really don't want to go that route at all. Plus I've had sleep apnea for about 7 years and I would really like to lose the weight to get rid of it.

This has probably been asked thousands of times in regards to Take Off Juice
What juices would be compatable with the Take off Juice for LA weight loss? My husbands wants to do the take off next week and just wondering what juice would be comparable?

I don't know, I was stuck too for a little over month and then all of a sudden I finally lost 2 more than I had been. Don't know what kick started it.

Anyone have an eating guide lying around?
you have the old program right? the new program the amounts are different, I think. I'd say you are maybe on plan 3? How much for example of bread do you get, the low fat? For the new plan 2 pieces count as one starch.
