Purchased trail shoes and backpack for my appalachian trail trip in September! Super excited. I better get to steppin' if I'm going to be ready for a rugged 21 miles in 3 days carrying 25 lbs of gear.

Inspired by jwstepp, I’ve decided to start tracking how many steps I take each day. My initial goal will be 2 miles a day which for me is about 5000 steps. Tomorrow will be a great day to start since my husband and I are planning on going hiking.
