Hi! I am K. 38 years old and completing my BA in Human Services. I am a very proud Navy wife and mother to two rambunctious boys who keep me busy. This time a year and a half ago, I weighed 250 lbs. I am a happy 174 right now (October 10, 2011)but would like to continue the loss to 159. I love my life, and my body and suffer from an addictive food personality :) I love to eat. But then again, don't most of us? I am trying to better myself and my body to get as healthy and stick around as long as possible for my "three" boys. Have any questions...please feel free to ask!
