My husband just finished his weekend. He was stressed out which transferred to me. I ate everything that I could find yesterday. I definitely have to restart gluten free. I have to learn how to manage my emotions without stuffing my face. I am disappointed in myself. I am not sure if I can walk today. I feel like I need to restart the egg routine. I am not even sure of everything I ate yesterday. I am going to update my food and be as honest as I can from yesterday.
Today is a new day.

They weighed me at the hospital, I weighed 208 with my jeans on.

I did 15 minutes in a row of stair climbing. My legs started shaking, so I think that is enough exercise for the day. I am hungry again today. Let's hope that my stomach will be shrunk soon. Sunday is getting close. I hope that I am not disappointed when I weigh in.

About an hour after I had my smoothie I became very hungry. I think that replacing the egg with the banana made it too sugary. I ate a tostada to curb hunger. So the all fruit day is going to have too be modified to keep blood sugar steady in the future.
I am making good progress on diet. My clothes are becoming looser. I am excited to weigh in on Sunday.
