I did start feeling better and walked 1.25 miles in 30 minutes!

I am really sore today due to weather, fibro and arthritis, walking steps yesterday and the diet I am following. I drank some pickle juice and took 3 calcium/magnesium/zinc&d pills and rested.. feeling better. Only 7 more days of this routine to get my weight loss started!

I found out that my scale is 7 pounds off, so my new starting weight was 214, and I am now at 212. I am hoping by next Sunday to be 209..I hope by the end of the 12 week challenge that I can be down to 186 pounds. We will see if my body will cooperate. One step closer than I was yesterday.

Today I actually timed myself on climbing stairs, what felt like 7 minutes was actually 3 minutes. So I did 7 minutes before the sermon....breathing hard and legs like jello. After service I did 5 minutes, quads hurting and a little shaky. After coffee hour I did 3 minutes. I felt my ankle start to turn. I stopped because I do not want to rebreak my leg/ankle. I didn't eat anything at coffee hour, but I did have a cup of coffee with cream.
I am trying to start the challenge off with phase 1 of fatloss4idiots original diet, the best that I can remember. I have 8 days left of this cycle. I can do it!
I am already at 4 glasses of water. 6 to go!
15 minutes of exercise to go!
I haven't figured out how to log stuff into the challenge.

Yesterday I drank 84 oz water ( some of it with herbal tea and one emergen-c. My calorie in take was good. I faltered on the exercise.
Today is a new day and I should be able to hit every component of the 12 week challenge! I have church today so I will climb stairs before and after service.
