Help!
Greetings! I've "dieted" and lost over 50 pounds - 5 times in my life...the challenge is when I diet I eventually "go off" my diet and gain it all back...that it until 12 years ago...I had to change my life...had to watch my caloric intake (making sure I log all my food) and had to exercise religiously...not like a mad man but 3-4 times a week...walking I found is the best way to burn fat...so my advice: keep true to fatsecret (or whatever app you use) and log all your food...find an exercise you like to do and do it 40-50 min a day 3-4 days per week...PS now at 72 (12 years later) I've never gained back thos 60 pounds lost...good luck!!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week on Friday morning...I found weighing myself every day is too discouraging with 1-2 lbs fluctuations..this way I'm encouraged if I'm down even 1/4 of a pound.
