2 hours and 22 minutes of gardening and weeding. My HR monitor registered average HR of 101 producing 1130 burned calories. Never realized how much this helps! Garden looks great and I’m burning max calories!

Breakfast Tortillas - 2 scrambled eggs with just a splash of skim milk (or your fave) to fluff the eggs...2 slices Kirkland Pre cooked Bacon....2 La Banderita Carb Counter Tortillas. Shredded cheese optional.

Breakfast Tortillas: easy to make and low cal. I add a banana since I walk 3.5 miles in the morning.
