Anyone need a Buddy? I do!
been there...played div 1 soccer and tore my knee pretty bad halfway through my junior year. Started gaining weight pretty quickly because i didnt change my diet to compensate for the lack of running. Finally got to the point about 4 yrs, a baby, and a divorce later where i went- WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?! so i joined a gym and got over the fear of whether my knee would bother me or not. All i can say is stop making whatever excuse your using and get in the gym! lol
