I started this site back in May 2010, but due to things getting in my way, I kind of dropped it around August. I decided to try to start over, but there were limitations on what I could and couldn't delete from the site. I decided to just go ahead and start a new account. Sadly, when I asked to delete my old account, it isn't a full delete and there is still a mess of data over there, but what can you do...

I've been struggling to find my way to health and fitness (and a moderate weight loss). Every time I seem to find my way, something blocks me. This time, however, I'm not going to let anything get in my way. Instead, I'm going to figure out why they're an issue and work on breaking them down.

For example, finances are always a huge stress and that stress serves as a huge block. I've set up a plan to deal with my finances (aka debt) and get myself into a healthy mindset there which will prevent a blockage from my physical health.

Ok, back to my weight... I was always a healthy weight through high school and into the start of college. I started on DepoProvera and into an unhealthy relationship which caused me to gain about 40 pounds over the course of a year or two. Within the last few years, I fully realized the extend of my weight gain and I've decided that I'm going to do something about those extra pounds once and for all. Sadly, I lose 10, I gain 15, I lose 15, I gain 10.

I'm struggling to find the right answer for myself and my body. Hopefully this time I can figure it out and stick to it and get back to where I want to be.

It's a T-Mobile issue.

FatSecret Calorie Counter for Android??
Yeah, connect to WiFi then try to connect, and it should go through. Once you've done that, you shouldn't need the WiFi to use it, but it will act like it has trouble syncing to the website (in my experience anyway, it's always saved my data even though it says it didn't).

Android App "Whoops! Unable to save this food item, Please try again shortly."
I have this problem when I'm not on WiFi. However, it still seems to send the info to the site. When I'm on Wifi, I get no errors.

Question about water
You might just try some fresh fruit. Slice a strawberry, raspberry, or lemon and toss it in with your water. You might find that the fruit flavor is enough to make it more bearable. Just make sure that you take that into account if those things are going to affect your diet. As for putting in natural sugar, I'd say if you HAVE to have a sweetener, and fruit isn't going to cut it, that's your best bet IMO. Just don't go overboard, or you might as well be drinking soda.

How do I log in with my Android App?
Mine finally hooked up as well. I also seem to get an error whenever I add something to my food diary, but it does go ahead and add to my diary on the site.

I'm guessing that mine finally went through when I had it set to WiFi as well. So, seems like it's a T-Mobile problem. Crazy!
