Pretty discouraged this week, had a lot of snacking that I really do not need...I know I can do this and must try harder. The stress in our house has been terrible and I am a stress eater! If anyone has any ideas on how to relief stress without eating let me know. I need a different alternative then stuffing my face. At this rate i know that when I weight in I will not have lost any!!

Okay so I gave in last night...yep I ate Cheeto's, I wish I would of just went to bed, drank some water! So today is a new day. I am little nervous because we are going to talent night in Red Lodge to see my daughter do a talent and will have to eat out. We don't have much money so McDonald's it will be. I am going to look up the different foods to see which is the better choice. Have a good day all!

I am so hungry...I know I can do this..I do have left over calories but I should not be eating at 10:00 pm this is a BIG NO, NO!

Well yesterday was rough for some reason I felt like I was hungry the whole day. It was raining out so I really couldn't go out and make myself busy. Today hopefully will be a whole different story. I feel more dedicated to losing weight which I think is a good thing.
