Pretty discouraged this week, had a lot of snacking that I really do not need...I know I can do this and must try harder. The stress in our house has been terrible and I am a stress eater! If anyone has any ideas on how to relief stress without eating let me know. I need a different alternative then stuffing my face. At this rate i know that when I weight in I will not have lost any!!
