Well today is the first day of my diet and life changing eating habits. It has been so hard for me already because I have not gone to the grocery store to get food that is low in calories and fat. I am going to try to keep a good journal and eat what I am suppose to. I have been feeling really fat, hard time breathing and have aches and pains that a 70 year old should be having. I am only 37 and I should feel good. So I am starting today a new life! God give me the strength to keep this up and get good results and start to feel better. I am tired of being fat and I am standing up and fighting.
