I am 31 years old and the mother of a 5 year old. I stay at home with her and run my own business from home. I have always dieted and have always been able to keep my weight down. About 5 years ago my weight climbed and I didn't lose it again. I love to exercise and 3 years ago I even ran a 1/2 marathon. But my eating was not under control, so even though I was exercising, I wasn't losing. Well, I am finally ready to do it and keep it off. I hope to find some buddies here that will help me be accountable and help me with ideas.
