me and my youngest son taken a couple years ago.yeah I'm weighing 160 pounds here.I seem to lose and gain back alot.I have many grandkids,the youngest just turned three and I want to be thin this summer to be able to really have fun with her.I walk around the trailer court I live in every day which is a mile one time around,I do this four times and ride an exercise bike.I started at 10 miles and am building up more each day.
