Cheese Tortilla Pizza

Easy cheese pizza with a wheat tortilla crust.



  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
  2. Spoon pizza sauce over tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Add seasonings to taste, such as black pepper and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are crispy.

Not to bad. But I wasn't fond of the taste of the Tortilla. I subbed Tomato sauce in for pizza sauce and added Turkey Pepperoni. It was filling though.
I make this all the time only I use La Tortilla Factory's low carb wheat tortillas which only have 50 calories. I also add chicken and sprinkle the whole thing with red pepper powder for heat!

Good for a quick lunch. Taste like it would ruin your calorie count, but doesn't! So yummy!

This was so easy to make! Misson makes an excellent wheat tortilla for 130 cals per tortilla, and has 3 grams of dietary fiber. I paired that up with Kraft non-fat mozzarella cheese which is also low on the cals. Added in the black pepper and Italian seasoning, was just like pizza! A cheap and easy dinner option for when you are craving pizza.
