3rd day staying well under my calorie intake..monitering my food intake and exercise helps encourage ...better choices and...more exercise!

yeah...so..it went up..and it hit 200. scared me. I talke d to the doctor about getting on a pill to help. Annnd I am taking serious what im eating and working out..at a slow but steady increasing pace. Just need to be determined and persistant...and most of all motivated!
