i dont have a scale so when i went to my mother in laws i used her ancient one...think its wrong. i feel thinner this week...but it put me at 190. whatever it's crazy. id love to get to the gym and use that one... but im on a dumb restricted license..im even thinking about cancelling it if I'll never even get to go! argg. just when im ready to do more in my workouts too. so no "accurate" weight to put in my journal.

once again I have opted out of bread with my meal! go me! (If you knew me and how much i love bread...you would understand how much of a feat this really is and why im proud of myself. No results or weight loss yet...but the changes in what im eating and portion control are definatly in play. And that little step will lead to another...then another...and all my baby steps are leading me in the right direction. I liked a quote someone posted on here recently... in 30 years i wont care how long it took me to lose 20 lbs...but ill be thankful for my healthier eating habits that began now and will put me in shape for then.

i really do love this app! Im tracking my intake like i wanted..im learning about what foods to avoid (blueberry pie 😢), making healthier food choices, trying to reach the goals set for my body weight, and most importantly portion control! im slowing uping my game on walks and work outs. feelin pretty good about the supplements i got. My husband is even trying them! maybe my efforts will help get him on a health kick too...
